[SOLVED] Microsoft Office activation problem.



   

Tried to activate an installation of Office Home and Student that had 3 user licenses when I bought it. Tried to install it on a new computer running Windows 7 and told that I can't activate it. I tried the telephone activation and got told by the recorded voice that it my version only had one license - which isn't right because I have had it activated on three machines.

I want to know if it is possible to cancel the licenses on the two previous computers both had their hard-drives reformatted before I got rid of them and use one of the freed up licenses on a new instal.

Norton allowed me to do this with my copy of which also had three licenses. They simply reset the key. Is it possible to do this with my copy of Office ? Please take into account that both computers are gone so I can't uninstall their versions of Office anymore - though, like I said, their hard drives were reformatted.
